If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 7 days of the day that your order was received for store credit only. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sale, final sale or clearance items are not returnable.

- Avoid your flag or door hanger from hitting against a house, tree, bush, etc. could breakdown the fabric’s fibers resulting in a tear or fraying.

- Spot clean only. Never fold or store your flag or door hanger when it’s wet. Let it hang dry completely before putting it away.
